'No Impact Man' to show at La Saletta

Transition Fareham Present the eco film “No Impact Man” on Wednesday 27th April at Green Drinks in La Saletta at 7.30pm. Admission is free but will be asking for a donation towards Transition Fareham Green Gardeners Highlands Road Project

Possible interview in think Local for us!

The lastest pictures showing the progress in the Community Garden have gone up and with them, a posibility that we might get interviewd by Think Local. Ellie Garwood, who was once a member with us before moving to Chichester to get heavily involved with the Transition movement there, has contacted us suggesting that she can interrview us for the Think Local magazine.

Hopefully, this will provide a great opportunity to get our organisation out there in the public eye.

Another fantastic day at the community garden

A lovely day was had by all down at the Highlands Community Garden today. We filled another bed with lovely sifted earth and  Jim planted some seeds. However, the big project was the painting of the wonderful murals by Kate, Fiona and their children. A massive thanks to all involved. It was great to see Katherine (spelling?), Paul's other half with their newborn enjoying the sun.
