Shock and anger! It's eventually happened. The wooden door was returned to its correct position, along with two extra nailed planks and some wire permanently joining the two wooden  doors together. A clear message has been sent by, one can only presume, Hampshire County Council.

This did not deter the Gardening Do-Gooders who found an alternative entrance. We continued painting and gardening and even found some slow worms. Ellie and her mother Fiona produced some lovely artwork that can been seen in the gallery.

The boys and Kate worked on producing a brick wall that will be covered by mud and earth to create a defined border to separate the rough ground from our patch. It looks a bit messy now, but given time and some wildflowers, it could be a goer.
